The permanent exhibition "Failure of the International Community" presents the role of the UN peacekeeping forces during the fall of the Srebrenica 'safe zone' in July of 1995.
The Failure of the International Community
Located on the renovated historical site of the UN Dutch Battalion headquarters in Potocari, the exhbibit recreates the individual rooms used by the battalion between 1994 and 1995, including offices, meeting rooms, and sleeping quarters. The exhibit also presents the story of Rijad ("Riki") Fejzic, a victim of the Srebrenica genocide.
