On July 10, 2025, the Srebrenica Memorial Center, in collaboration with MCS and BIRN BiH, opened a new permanent memorial room: The Lives Behind the Fields of Death. The exhibition features:
- Video Testimonies – 100 stories from genocide survivors and victims’ families, along with personal belongings of the victims.
- Documentary Screening – Samir Mehic Bowie: Letters from Srebrenica, chronicling the life of a local rock guitarist.
- Video Series – Srebrenica: Our Story, presenting 20 narratives based on oral history interviews conducted during the project.
